Nessan Gård
Nessan Gård is a mountain farm which is 13 km from the E6, with an exit from Brekkvasselv. In the yard we have Hereford cattle, dogs, cats and baby lambs.

The farm is child friendly and has a playground, trampoline and bicycles.
Nessan is an excellent starting point for walks in the forests and fields. Fishing opportunities in rivers and lakes and good terrain for hunting. Landscaped paths provide easy access to fishing spots, and with shelters and barbecue areas everything is in place for great experiences in the pure mountain air.
At Nessan you will also find a small power plant with a power of 1.4 MW. This gives enough power to supply 220 households. To see and learn more about small power plants, you have the opportunity to get a guided tour. The price of the tour is NOK 100 per group.
If you feel the need for a small get away during your holiday you will find both the Namsskogan Family Park and the shopping center in Namsskogan within a short half-hour drive. At Brekkvasselv there is a shop, tavern and gas station.

Pederstu
Pederstu is adjacent to the courtyard, and houses tourists, hunters and other guests all year long. The house has electricity, shower, WC, stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, washing machine, television, wireless network and a total of 10 beds (3 bedrooms). By staying here you also have access to trout fishing in the river, which is close by.

Langtjønnhytta/Langnessan
Located about 6 km from the farm and 5 km from the road (about 1.5 hours walk at a comfortable pace).
The cabin has 2 bedrooms, living room / kitchen and a storage room. Sleeps 6 + sofa bed. In the cabin you will find the necessary kitchen utensils, wood, propane for cooking and a dry closet. The cabin is also equipped with duvets and pillows, however, bed linen is not included. The cabin has 12V solar cell and wireless network.
In the winter, we can assist with scooter transportation of equipment, but this must be arranged beforehand. In reasonable walking distance you will find 5-6 fishing lakes (Blåfjelltjønninj), where there is trout of very good quality. The summer season starts around the 1st of July, depending on the amount of snow and snow melting conditions. If needed, we will be happy to help as guides.
Price: NOK 700, - per day + fishing license.
Grønnlihytta
The cabin is above the tree line, about 12 kilometers from the farm. The cabin consists of one room + loft with mattresses, and can accommodate 4 people. The cabin contains necessary kitchen utensils, wood, primus and a dry closet. 12V photovoltaic system. In the immediate vicinity you will find Grønnlitjønninj, which is notorious for its possibilities when it comes to fishing for both trout and char. A stay at the lodge will give you the right to fish in these waters, perhaps it is your turn to experience kilo trout on the hook?
Price: NOK 700, - per day + fishing license.
